CCS: How Did You Two Meet?

Mrs. Czaykowski: "This is always a favorite of Jordan's to tell! I was out with the girls having a very much needed girls night, so we decided to go out for drinks and then go dancing! Now, in Orange County there are not a whole lot of places to go, so we decided to go to Sutra. This was the first time I had ever been there before. We show up, grab some cocktails, and by this time we are all feeling good. We were shaking all we got on the dance floor! One of my girlfriends, Allison noticed this guy behind me dancing with moves like Michael Jackson. I did not notice him at all and he was wearing a fedora. So Allison, my sneaky friends she is, took his fedora off his head and put it on mine. I had had no idea what was going on, so I turned around like "what the heck"... who's hat is this? Jordan then turned around like "alright who took my hat" because it is one of his pet peeves! At that point our eyes met and like you hear all the time, it was an instance connection. It was like "who are you and where have you been this whole time". We knew it was love at first sight! We danced all night long, and the rest is history. We have been together ever since. That was July 17, 2009"

CCS: How Did Jordan Pop The Question?

Mrs. Czaykowski: It was a Saturday, May 29, 2010, Jordan had come home for a bad day at work and kinda feeling down, so I was trying to cheer him up. I suggested we get out of the house to get some dinner and drinks. I suggested we go to his favorite restaurant, Roys at Fashion Island. We got dressed and he is still in this "funk". So we are driving and I notice that he is going to Newport Beach but still the wrong way from the restaurant. I didn't want to correct him and make him feel worse so i just went with it. He realized he was going the wrong way when we hit PCH so Jordan suggested lets just go take a walk on the beach to watch the sunset. We walked out on the sand to watch the sunset as it was a beautiful night! Jordan is 6'2 so naturally he is standing behind me with his arms crossed around my neck. Somehow he bent down and manages to grab the ring box out of his sock without me noticing or feeling him move! He opens the box in front of me and pops the question! It took me, which felt like forever, to come out of the shock factor. I was speechless and filled with so much emotions that I couldn't speck anything but the word YES!!!! So the whole time that I thought he was in a "funk", he was actually just as nervous as can be!!!

CCS: How Did You Enjoy The Wedding Planning Process?

Mrs. Czaykowski: I absolutely loved the wedding process! I have a new found respect for coordinators and party planners! It was a bit crazy for me because I was also graduating college 2 weeks before our wedding. Having to plan and get ready for both events was crazy at times but having you (Courtney) there for the 3 months was one of the best investments I made. All the same details that slipped my mind numerous times, were always picked up and done by Courtney. If I didn't have you and your help, support, recommendations of vendors, I think I would of pulled all my hair out... that or just eloped!!!

CCS: What Was The Most Memorable Part of Your Wedding?

Mrs. Czaykowski: I have two! Jordan has 2 boys from a previous marriage, so my personal vows that I wrote and said to the boys Noah 5 and Makhi 4 is the first. My second was when Jordan wrote a song and sang it to me. I will never forget that moment for the rest of my life.

CCS: Now That You Have Been Through The Wedding Process, What Is The One Thing You Would Change About Your Wedding?

Mrs. Czaykowski: when we started planning, I suggested that we add another hour so we could have the venue longer and it just wasn't needed. Five hours was plenty. Also, favors were not nearly as important as I thought they would be. I would definitely cut favors out and spend that money on something else!

CCS: Where Are You Both Now?

We have been married now for a little over 10 months and we are expecting our first child together. We are having a boy in September! Jordan is working away on his creativity and passion as a hairstylist. I am a part-time stay at home mommy to my 2 step-sons and a full time stay at home wife. We fall more and more in love with each other as the days, weeks, and months go by. We are so happy together and wouldn't change our lives we live for anything. We are soulmates.

Amazing pictures from the wedding, the interview was also great. The venue and decorations were very beautiful. I am also attending a friend’s wedding next week at a popular event space NYC. She is marrying this wonderful guy whom she’s been dating since high school. I am always inspired when I see how they have loved each other for so many years!
